Marea Baja is the restaurant in Barcelona specialising in sangria, Spain’s quintessential cocktail. Through extensive research on the subject, we’ve sought to dignify this cocktail which has lost much of its essence as of late. We’ve investigated which combinations are best to macerate with the alcohol and thus create an exquisite elixir. We offer over 12 kinds of sangria made from the best ingredients which we combine with different types of maceration alcohols. We also use seasonal fruit which is prepared using saturation, allowing us to bring about unique nuances and a crunchier texture.
